If they happen to be paired together in a tournament,Show cards will be included in table settings when family members are known to hosts FAMILYS IN SAME HOUSE CANNOT COMPETE IN LADDER CHALLENGES AGAINST EACH OTHER..it is against my leagues.com TOU (Terms of use) Subs//Bots: SUBS. In any round but FINALS host will call for subs available im lobby or Bots if no members available Only in FINALS finalists may call their own subs//bots HOSTS will not sub while other members are in room and willing to sub ~*~ BOTS Bots will only be used in Games if no one around and in finals if the FINALIST/S choose a bot We ask for respect to our members that BOTS not be used while theres members in room that are able to sub in qualifying rounds We know some of you find it easier but...we expect you to respect your family members and let them sit to sub when hosts calls them to table Again this is at discretion of HOST Setting Tables: HOST will call out the names to set tables and what table settings are required PLEASE SET THE TABLE IN A TIMELY MANNER If either of the first 2 names called dont respond, the HOST has the right to call next 2 names to set table No Subs are to set tables Responding to Sit: Host will check table before seating names called Please do not sit until you see HOST has GTGd (good to go) the table Hosts will call names 3 times then timer goes on. You will have 2 minutes to get to table then Host may DQ you if no reason given ERRORS Rules: One vs One..and all defend alone games will be 4 points Calling alone on 9 will be 3 points awarded to opponents Other errors are 2 points Timer Rules: If you poof you will have 10 minutes to return to table to include rebooting computor but a sub may replace you to keep the time of tour in flow If the game is over and you return before the 10 minutes is up,you will not be disqualified You will be advanced into next round and TIMER continues till the full 10 mins is upo the you will be DQD If your showing as in the room you will have 5 minutes to return to table Anyone called to table after setting table is cleared by Host you have 3 calls and a sub will replace you and a 2 minute timer (Its important u let host know if ur on a BRB pls or you may be DQD to timer) It is the HOSTS right to do the following if games get to slow There will be a 20 minute timer on each game during a tourney. The time will be posted in the lobby once the pairings have been announced. On 15 minutes HIST will check tabkle score and MAY give you a timer warning of 5 mins remains on the game Team with the highest score will advance to the next round. Advancing Players: If a timer has been exceeded, that player is Disqulaified If play is in flow the opposition player will advance when time has been exceeded Hosts will report advance to this player in lobby or at table as soon as possible incase the player thats being advanced leaves the room If a person ASKS to be dqd (emergency or otherwise) in lobby before next game starts the opposition will be advanced If a player who has won poofs for any other reason before new game starts they will be advanced and timed No player may just give away a game, Timer will be put on that player and dqd after the timer exceeds Slow Play There will be 1 warning for slow play 2nd warning will be a 5 minute warning for game to be finished (if more than 15 minutes has passed) Two or More Leagues: You may belong to as many leagues as you like, BUT you can only play in one league tourney at a time. If you are caught playing in two different leagues, the TD will ask you to DQ from one of the tournaments. Which tourney you DQ from will be your choice. TDing in 2 or More Leagues: We prefer that our staff do not TD, HTD, ADMIN in another EUCHRE league. This rule commences 4th august 2009 for future staff joining us after this date This is to provide attention to our members and if this league is to act as your home team then please ensure before you apply for a host position that your not committed to another EUCHRE league General Game Rules: If there is any form of table talk before trump is called it is an automatic disqualification. After trump is called, it is the obligation of the Host to decide whether the "table talker" will be disqualfied or warned To avoid the possibility of being disqualfied, save ALL talk until after the hand has been played. There will be no force forfeits in any tournament Finals will be played out unless an emergency has occurred
